The course provides students with the knowledge and practical tools required to plan, manage, and control digital transformation projects. It covers the project lifecycle, governance, planning, risk and stakeholder management, Agile and Scrum methodologies, KPIs, and project monitoring.

Particular attention is given to the role of enabling technologies such as AI, IoT, Cloud, ERP, Digital Twin, and Data Analytics in digital transformation programs. Through business cases, workshops, group projects, and executive seminars, students develop practical skills in managing technology-driven organizational change and applying professional project management tools.
