The third in-person meeting of the DIGI-ME project took place at Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) on November 28th and 29th, 2024. Representatives from the project’s universities, technology providers, and research organizations came together to review progress and plan next steps.

The meeting began with a tour of Grenoble Ecole de Management immersive laboratory platforms.
A major component of the first day was the Ecosystem Pie Model (EPM) Workshop, where partners learned to use the EPM to identify key stakeholders and define a shared value proposition for the Digital Education and Training Initiative (DETI) related to the DIGI ME project.
Participants then worked on integrating digital skills into university courses and personalizing learning experiences. The discussion highlighted the importance of aligning educational offerings with market needs. The group also reviewed project implementation, including scholarship criteria and teacher recruitment.
Additionally, participants discussed brand and communication strategies, building on the outcomes of the EPM workshop and the shared value proposition for the DETIs. As the meeting wrapped up, partners reflected on the key points covered and outlined upcoming deliverables, including a platform requirements report from iGenius to be shared in 2025.
