Winter School 2026 in Discovering the Unknown: AI in Healthcare

The programme combines in-person lectures and activities to provide participants with key knowledge on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly explainable and trustworthy AI, in the healthcare sector.

Participants will attend lectures, workshops, and roundtables led by international experts, gaining practical insights into AI ethics, digital healthcare leadership, and technology-enhanced decision-making.

This international initiative, organised by the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Pavia, combines virtual learning with in-person activities in Pavia. The programme aims to provide students and professionals with foundational and practical knowledge on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly Explainable and Trustworthy AI (XAI), in the healthcare sector.

A panel of international experts will deliver lectures, workshops, and roundtables on key themes such as:
